Standard Airbnb Turnover Clean

  • Ventilate the space to introduce fresh air, enhance airflow, and diminish the presence of virus particles.
  • Conduct a thorough property inspection to identify any damage, missing items, or unclaimed guest belongings.
  • Manage waste removal, including guest garbage, recycling, and composting.
  • Make beds with fresh bed linens that ensure a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with your space’s design.
  • Refresh all towels and replace with new clean and tidy towels
  • Washing and drying all laundry at the highest setting, and storing before completing the turnover service.
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door knobs, remotes, and countertops, utilizing Health Canada approved disinfectants effective against COVID-19 and other viruses, adhering to specified application times.
  • Clean the kitchen area, including all dishes, appliances, and surfaces.
  • Dusting, wiping, and checking for fingerprints on cabinets, countertops, appliances, fixtures, mirrors, and windows throughout.
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors with a selection of products based on your preferences, whether disinfectant, eco-friendly, scented, or unscented.
  • Inspect and vacuum carpets and rugs, addressing any damage or stains.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of the entire bathroom, with specific attention to the toilet, bathtub, shower, and vanity, ensuring spotless mirrors and shower doors.
  • Restock essential supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and filtered water to meet the needs of incoming guests.
  • Consider thoughtful touches such as preparing guest gifts or notes as per the host’s preferences.
  • Conduct a visual inspection of every area at the conclusion of each turnover clean to guarantee consistency and quality assurance.
