We are a small husband and wife local cleaning company, we have been operating our commercial cleaning business in Wellington County since 2020, and in the last couple years as Airbnb and the short term rental industry has really boomed in Fergus and Elora, we have almost entirely switched our business to offer cleaning and property maintenance/management services to Airbnbs and other short term rentals.
We know the short term rental industry is chaotic and fast paced, which is why we ensure we have a strong organization and scheduling system in place for those last minute bookings, same day check in/outs, and unexpected emergencies.
We offer a full service turnover cleaning, we show up when guests check out, and ensure everything is ready for the next guest’s arrival. Our main goal is to take any stress away from hosts, we do it all, wash and put away all laundry, take out garbage/recycling/compost, and providing accurate information about previous guests for host review purposes.
We offer a flat rate fee in most cases. We tailor every package specifically to each Airbnb’s space and needs. We base this flat rate fee on how many beds, square footage, any extra cleaning required on a regular basis, any outdoor work needed, and if laundry needs to be taken off site.
We also offer Airbnb co-hosting services that are designed to provide you with a stress-free hosting experience. We will personally handle all guest communications, ensuring prompt responses to inquires and address guesting concerns before/during/after their stay. We manage your Airbnb listing, handling everything from bookings and reservations to price adjustments and reviews.
